In this page you can download the syllabus of all level IT group .In the syllabus of CAAN (IT) the examination is divided in two phase written and interview. Written examination is of 200 marks which is in two papers first paper and second paper. The two papers exam will held in two separate days. Interview is oral of 30 marks it is only for those who has been selected from written examination. In Law group there are syllabus of level 5, 6, 7, 8 and level 9. Medium of written examination is Nepali, English and both. The syllabus is for open and internal competitive examination.
For level 5 IT group, first paper is about general knowledge, general ability test and service related which is of 100 marks and it is multiple choice questions of 45 minutes time period. Second period is same as first paper but it is subjective type questions (long and short questions) of 2 hours 30 minutes. Interview is of 30 marks.
For level 6 first paper is about general knowledge and management, it is both objective and subjective type question, objective is of 45 minutes and subjective is of 1 hour 30 minutes. Second paper is service related which is subjective and it is of 3 hours time period.
For level 7 first paper is about general knowledge, general ability test, management and service related which is multiple choice question, time period for it is 1 hour 30 minutes. Second paper is service related and it is subjective question of 3hours time period.
For level 8 first paper is about administration and management and second paper is about service related, both papers are subjective type question of 3 hours time period. Interview is of 30 marks.
For level 9 first paper is about administration, management and law, which is analytical problem solving type questions of 3 hours time period. Second paper is service related and it is also analytical problem solving type question, 3 hours time period.
All level interview is of 30 marks.
The candidate who has been selected from the written examination are eligible for an interview.
