Employees Provident Fund (EPF), established under the Employees Provident Fund Act, 2019 on behalf of the Government of Nepal for government, public enterprises and private sector employees through the Ministry of Finance.

Here in the syllabus of Section Officer (Kanoon) Level 6, the Exam is divided into two-phase, First and Second. The first phase is written which is in two steps, 1. General Knowledge which is of 100 marks and the time period is 2 hours. 2. Sambidhan and Ain Kanoon it is also of 100 marks and 3 hours time. 3. Service-Related All are subjective and Problem-Solving question type. The second phase of the examination is the Interview which is of 30 marks.

The candidate who has been selected from the written examination are eligible for an interview.
